Broker Courses

All Classes below require a 4 week notice.

Broker Pre-Licensed Topics (75hrs)

Schedules may not be as flexible as this is a 75 hour course broken up based on our students and staff. This course is for anyone who wants to become a real estate broker in Illinois and is a pre-requisite in taking the state and national testing.

Broker Pre-Licensed Applied (15 hrs)

This course is typically taken after a student has already taken the broker pre-licensed topics and is a summary of this course and is applied because we discuss various situational examples. This is also a pre-requisite in taking the state and national testing to become a Broker in Illinois.

Broker Post Licensed Topics (15 hrs)

This course is typically taken after a student has completed both the above courses and has past the state and national tests. This is a requirement which needs to be filled in order to continue to practice as a real estate broker in Illinois.

Broker Post Licensed Applied (15hrs)

This class is also taken after the 90 hours pre-licesned classes and is also customarily taken after the broker post topics. However a student can choose whichever to take first. This is also a requirement which needs to be filled in order to continue to practice as a real estate broker in Illinois.
