Leasing Agents of College Rising are community connectors, mavens of society and strive to connect students to students and the community. Leasing Agents are only allowed to lease residential property. Think Tenants and landlords.
Brokers who have been recently pre-licensed by taking the combined 90 hour pre-licensed broker courses are also required to take Post licensing courses. Students are required to take both a 15 hour broker post topics course and a 15 hour broker post applied course.
Brokers of College Rising help facilitate transactions. Typically a Broker with College Rising will have started out as a leasing agent but now wants to pursue additional activities in real estate! Brokers can do just about anything in real estate working with buyers/sellers or owners/tenants. Brokers can also work in different sectors like commercial instead of residential or industrial real estate! To become a broker in real estate the first step is to complete a combined 90 hour pre-licensed broker topics and interactive courses.
Managing Brokers of College Rising are in charge of the operations and management of teachers, students, brokers and leasing agents of the company. Managing Brokers will have to have been employed by a sponsoring broker for a minimum of two years and are required to take a 30 hour managing broker pre-license topics and a 15 hour interactive applied management and supervision course.
College Rising sets a different approach than other real estate education companies. Our class size ratio is one teacher to one-three students. Students pay per 15 hour session. Its much more engaging when class size is smaller and if a student decides the class is not right for them why should they waste a lot more time and money? Our rates are based on how fast a student needs to complete a given course. We have 5 week classes for $150, 3 week classes for $175 and 1 week class for $250. Each week class has three meeting sessions. Contact us today to receive more information!
